ABOUT INKWAZI ADVENTURES
Our mission is to change lives, one adventure at a time
Inkwazi is a Zulu word that means Fish Eagle. Ask anyone who has heard the call of the majestic African Fish Eagle and they will most likely describe it as the Sound of the African Bushveld.
Inkwazi Adventures is the outcome of life-long friends, whose passion for outdoor adventure started at the age of 7. Growing up in South Africa meant that the bushveld was part of our backyard, where we had both the opportunity and privilege to be exposed to the unique experiences South Africa has to offer.
The years have gone by since our childhood adventures in the African bush. Charles has settled in Australia and Cornel and Anneke have also spent several years travelling abroad before settling back into South Africa. The combination of our love for and experience with outdoor adventures, our strong relationships with experts in their fields and our passion for positive community change, means we are in a great position to design unique adventures that will guarantee life-changing experiences.
Each of our adventures are specially designed to deliver sustainable change in the communities we visit, while also creating a platform for those on our adventures to reflect, reset and reconnect with what is important in life. This is done by spending time immersed in the bushveld, experiencing the South African wildlife like you have never imagined.
